Our web app has ensured the comprehensive support of daily operations, from scheduling to spare parts stock monitoring, making it easier for the team to manage their fleet efficiently. As a result, the app facilitates decision-making, providing real-time insights about bus availability, spare parts inventory, and maintenance checks, while ensuring the smooth operation of around 300 buses, covering multiple routes.

This project involves creating a comprehensive fleet management solution for a national bus lines company. The system incorporates several critical modules, user roles, and analytical features to manage the bus departures, pre-route inspections, and maintenance schedules for uninterrupted operations.

For that purpose, we have digitalized and automated many manual operations, allowing bus schedules to be tracked and managed with ease.
The system was also integrated deeply into supply chains, e.g., with warehouse inventories to monitor spare parts stock supply, ensuring that the buses remained in top condition. Additionally, SignalR was used for real-time updates on route preparations, while Hangfire handled background tasks like maintenance reminders.
