A mobile and web platform was aimed to optimize the most mundane and tedious real estate processes. As the agents waste a lot of time on inefficient operations, losing their profit, the client intended to transform and streamline their operations, allowing brokers to manage the full process with transparency and ease.

Introduction:

Unlike other offers, our recommendations included adding flexible, agent-focused tools for managing end-to-end transactions, which were previously absent in the real estate market. Especially those dealing with client-facing features and post-sale follow-ups. As a result, the client has chosen our vision of the improved customer user experience, and we started working.

Challenges:

While initiating the project, we faced several challenges:

  • There was currently no ready-made tool to handle the full lifetime of a real estate transaction, which required us to develop a comprehensive solution from scratch,
  • We needed to adhere to local legislation while developing access rights, data policies, and in-app documentation to mitigate legal risks and prevent future litigation between parties,
  • All in-app communication channels must be user-friendly, secure, and document-sharing oriented,
  • Additional data security and payment transaction cyber risks had to be carefully addressed and reduced to a minimum.

  • Personal Account: SentriKey Showing Service-integrated agent profile.
