the Product:
The subject of our attention was an internal comprehensive ERP system represented by a web app. It covered sales, HR, procurement, and accounting operations, as well as student data and exam-related certification workflows.
Introduction:
Since the client didn’t want any significant downtime or overhaul, we have focused on optimizing and fine-tuning functionality and performance to achieve drastic advancements. As a result, we have transformed an outdated system into a secure web application with role-based access, hosted on the client’s own IIS server to ensure that data remains secure.

Team:
A focused team of six, including a project manager, a business analyst, a UX designer, a front-end developer, a back-end developer, and a QA, delivered the first production module for individual and group exams used for certificate issuance.
Challenges:
In general, legacy processes and scattered data slowed operations and increased the risk of errors across departments, but the improvement techniques were traditional and required no additional research and rework.

Solution:
We built an operations management platform with a central knowledge base and role-based access for departments, plus student accounts dedicated to exam flows.
As a result, the ERP layer streamlines multiple operations while consolidating data for analytics and compliance.
Results:
Around 100 employees had access to the ERP to speed up procedures and decrease human mistakes. This step to centralize all operations in one system simplifies and accelerates workflows as follows:
