NeuroNation Revamp: An AI-powered SaaS for a Cognitive Training Platform

The project’s focal point was to revamp the architecture for scaleup challenges and introduce AI models while maintaining user-friendly interfaces.

The revision of a cognitive training platform with over 17 million users required precision in three key dimensions:

• Balancing personalization with scientific accuracy. We needed to ensure that adaptive difficulty algorithms responded meaningfully to individual performance without compromising the scientific validity of each exercise or interrupting the user’s learning flow.
• Redesigning the user interface. Users rely on daily feedback, so the dashboards must go beyond simple statistics. They needed to motivate, inform, and visualize cognitive progress intuitively and clinically relevantly.
• Scaling beyond the old architecture. The existing infrastructure could not support real-time analytics, AI personalization, or sustainable traffic growth. A complete architecture redesign was essential — not only for current stability but also for long-term innovation.

To address these challenges, we’ve implemented advanced technological solutions, including AI models, phased migration strategies, etc.:

• Built machine learning models were used to personalize science-based training exercises, adapt difficulty levels, and analyze user progress in real time.
• GDPR & HIPAA Compliance ensured strict data protection and user privacy.
• Cloud-Native Architecture supported high availability and scalability as the user base grew.
• Database Performance was optimized with read-replica architecture to handle large-scale user interactions and analytics.
