NeuroNation Revamp: An AI-powered SaaS for a Cognitive Training Platform

The project’s focal point was to revamp the architecture for scaleup challenges and introduce AI models while maintaining user-friendly interfaces.

To deliver a seamless user interaction, we’ve reinforced the team with senior UX/UI Designers and QA Engineers who ensured stable and intuitive operations. Moreover, skilled AI engineers, as a key area of expertise, successfully addressed the project challenges, adding value to the overall team structure.

Ensuring that all exercises were scientifically backed, we faced several difficulties in the process:

• An adaptive learning algorithm aimed to adjust to each user’s cognitive abilities. There was always a danger to mistune difficulty balance or fail gamification.
• User interfaces with individual statistics required sleek and updated dashboards to retain users and deliver additional educational value.
• The existing architecture should be redesigned completely to let the project evolve with time.

To address these challenges, we’ve implemented advanced technological solutions, including AI models, phased migration strategies, etc.:

• Built machine learning models were used to personalize science-based training exercises, adapt difficulty levels, and analyze user progress in real time.
