In software services, it’s easy to become stuck in echo chambers like LinkedIn, vendor hype, and the belief that “AI will fix it.” Conferences help to meet face-to-face with the people who are taking the risk.
CTOs discuss why they cannot ship quickly enough without breaking the rules. Product executives are trapped between old rules and what customers want. Ops teams want to upgrade without having to stop working.
That’s the true value: conferences bring together hundreds of real-life interactions into a few days, and those conversations change how we operate. This piece offers an objective way to assess whether conferences are useful for businesses and in which way.
Through the Lens of Past Conferences
Some businesses come back with free stuff and pictures of themselves. We come back with better deals, clearer messages, and a better idea of what to make, how to package it, and who it’s truly for.
Here’s a brief look at our prior events in 2025 and what we’ve learned from them.
ITS World Congress 2025

Slush 2025
Where: Helsinki, Finland
When: November, 2025
Slush is the only tech event that actually changes your business, letting you be one handshake away from critical decision-makers in the industry. We enjoyed the panels that cut deep, opened calls for 1:1 founder-investor meetings at scale, and reached out for new talents, products, and funding in one focused storm.
National Automobile Dealers Association Show 2026
Where: Las Vegas, USA
When: February 3-6, 2026
The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) show is officially the most expected event in logistics and automotive. Kostiantyn Gitko, the CEO and co-founder of Devox Software, was there in person, so the talks don’t just end at strategy. We spoke about execution, delivery, and results all in the same room.
More to Come in 2026
In the future, we’re focusing on events where the talks are most “hands-on” and important, such as cloud governance, security-by-design delivery, automotive software modernization, logistics optimization, and Industry 4.0/5.0 production systems.
Those are the places where purchasers don’t look for “dev teams.” They want a partner that can upgrade systems without causing problems, provide demonstrable outcomes, and retain governance in place while deploying more quickly.
| Event | Date | Location | Why it matters to Devox | What we’ll focus on |
| Fintech Meetup 2026 | Mar 30–Apr 1, 2026 | Las Vegas | Fintech strategy and partnerships collide fast | AI in regulated products, modernization sequencing, data, and risk |
| MODEX 2026 | Apr 13–16, 2026 | Atlanta | Supply chain tech in production | Visibility layers, automation ROI, integration-first roadmaps |
| SAE WCX 2026 | Apr 14–16, 2026 | Detroit | Mobility engineering signal at high density | SDV modernization, OTA delivery, safety, and compliance readiness |

| Sibos 2026 | Sep 28–Oct 1, 2026 | Miami Beach | Global finance, payments, and trade in one place | Cross-border data, payment rails, governance, security-by-design |
Fintech Meetup 2026
Where: Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, NV, USA
When: March 30-April 1, 2026
Fintech Meetup 2026 is connecting banks, credit unions, fintechs, investors, and enablers for genuine follow-ups instead of “nice to meet you” dead ends.
For Devox, this is the right room to check what will actually get budgeted in 2026 in terms of payments, lending, risk/fraud, digital banking, AI with governance, and so on, and to stress-test modernization talks against reality.
SAE WCX 2026
Where: Detroit, MI
When: Apr 14–16, 2026
SAE WCX 2026 (World Congress Experience) is one of the most technical “engineering-first” mobility events in North America. The talks go beyond trends and into how vehicles are really being built and updated, covering topics like SDV architecture, EV platforms, safety, validation, and the challenges of shipping software under regulatory pressure.
For us, it’s a good location to test modernization ideas across cloud-native and OTA, governance, cybersecurity, toolchains, etc., against what OEMs, suppliers, and the rest of the ecosystem think is possible in 2026.
MODEX 2026
Where: Atlanta, GA
When: Apr 13–16, 2026
MODEX 2026 is the supply chain event where you can see the “future of logistics” in action. You can see automation systems, material handling, WMS/TMS ecosystems, visibility tools, robots, and actual production limitations all in one location.
We use it as a real-world standard for what’s being deployed today, particularly when it comes to integration patterns, data quality, and automation ROI. This is because in logistics, even the finest ideas fail if the data spine isn’t genuine.
Nacha Smarter Faster Payments 2026
Where: San Diego, CA
When: Apr 26–29, 2026
Nacha Smarter Faster Payments 2026 unites payment professionals obsessed with money moving safely: rails, risk, compliance, operations, and systems engineering. They also focus on enhancing the new layer of AI-enabled fraud and risk controls, which still require auditing.
For Devox Software, it’s important to ensure that modernization work is in line with governance realities, such as secure integrations, dependability, and the “prove it” criteria that determine whether a payments platform ships or stalls.
Automate 2026
Where: Chicago, IL
When: Jun 22–25, 2026
Automate 2026 is a place where robots, machine vision, AI, motion control, and industrial automation all come together. It’s where you can see what’s really working on factory floors and in warehouses and what’s still being tested.
We use it to base our talks on Industry 4.0 and 5.0 on actual architectures:
- How data is collected
- How systems work together
- How analytics goes from pilot to operations
- What it takes to update without stopping production
to get things done more effectively and quickly.
FinovateFall 2026
Where: New York, NY
When: Sep 9–11, 2026
Again, FinovateFall 2026 becomes a stage for a fast-paced fintech event with demonstrations, top decision-makers, and real-world “what can banks use now” innovations.
We check the changes to see what is being financed and used in actual regulated contexts, and work on how we provide delivery. It all helps to deliver real benefit, clear risk controls, and a modernization roadmap that passes security and compliance checks.
Sibos 2026
Where: Miami Beach, FL
When: Sep 28–Oct 1, 2026
Sibos 2026 is the global finance ecosystem gathering trade, payments, banking, and cross-border industries.
With Sibos 2026 hosted in Miami for the first time, it’s a major moment for partnerships and platform strategy, and for us, it’s ideal for discussing modernization that improves reliability and governance across complex financial systems while enabling faster product delivery and safer adoption of automation and AI.
A Final Word
We’re not just collecting events; we’re defining future success:
- A tighter point of view
- A sharper offer of what measurable outcomes we can deliver
- Stronger partnerships
- A delivery upgrade, and more
That’s how conferences become a compounding advantage. If you want to book a meeting, drop a line, and let’s connect.
