Our Requirements

  • Full-cycle IT-recruitment experience — at least 2 years;
  • Deep understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
  • Proven experience in running end to end recruitment processes for various seniority IT positions;
  • Good knowledge of different recruitment practices, process, and tools, ability to navigate through any communication gaps or barriers including using innovative methods for attracting candidates;
  • Ability to work with job descriptions (understand, clarify, propose to make changes, when needed);
  • Readiness to face new challenges;
  • Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, curious, team player and management skills;
  • Intermediate level of English is a must.

Your Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
  • Screen candidates resume and job applications;
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;
  • Monitoring recruitment process identifying areas for improvement.
