Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the IT industry (e.g. Project Manager)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in identifying and ensuring scaling opportunities within the account
- Management experience would be advantageous

- Knowledge of IT outsourcing services and technologies
- Strong theoretical and technical background in project and release management, development of policies and procedures
- Upper-Intermediate English level is a must
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for ongoing engagements with clients in the United States and Europe
- Acting as the main point of contact on a day-to-day basis for any client engagement-related matters (contract launch, deliverables, reporting, invoices and etc.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage all aspects of the client relationship
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
- Managing product development projects
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance and identify areas for improvement

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner
